ELIGIBILITY: Open only to legal residents of the United States (except residents of Rhode Island, who are not eligible to enter) and the District of Columbia over the age of eighteen who are not immediate family members of, or live in the same household as, employees or directors, or are themselves employees or directors, of Iomega, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. In case of dispute as to prize winner, entries by E-mail will be deemed to have been made by the registered subscriber of the E-mail account who must comply with these rules. Registered subscriber is deemed to be the registered person who is assigned the E-mail account by the ISP on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning E-mail accounts and addresses. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.
ENTRY: To enter the sweepstakes, go to the website www.iomega.com and complete and submit the official Registration Form. Limit one entry per individual. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address at time of entry. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the previous week and winners will be notified by e-mail. All decisions of Sponsor are final. Prizes will be mailed to winners within 4-6 weeks at the end of each month. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of entries in each week. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. By entering the sweepstakes, you agree to allow Sponsor to publish your name should you be a winner.
GENERAL: Prize may not be substituted, transferred; redeemed for cash or exchanged except at sole discretion of sponsor should a prize become unavailable.
ADDITIONAL TERMS: The winner is responsible for payment of any taxes due as a result of winning any prize set forth above. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any sweepstakes material; stolen, late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries including e-mails; or for any computer, transmission, software, website or electronic defect, error or failure regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the rules. If prize or prize notification is returned as non-deliverable or not claimed by winner within thirty (30) days, winner will be disqualified and another winner selected. In no event will Sponsor's liability under this Sweepstakes exceed fifty dollars ($50).
WINNERS LIST: To obtain a copy of the winner's name or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Iomega Corporation, 4435 Eastgate Mall, San Diego, CA 92121. Requests must be received no later than Monday, January 16, 2006.
